• Vodka Martini

    • 1 1/2 oz vodka
    • 3/4 oz dry vermouth

    Shake vodka and vermouth together with several ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with an olive and serve.

    Lemon Drop

    • 1/2 oz vodka
    • 1/2 oz lemon juice
    • 1 sugar cube

    Add sugar to the rim of an old-fashioned glass, and drop a cube or packet of sugar into the bottom of the glass. Pour vodka and lemon juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Pour into the prepared old-fashioned glass, and serve.

  • Tonic Cocktail

    • 1 wedge lime
    • Tonic water
    • 1 part vodka

    Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add vodka. Top up with tonic water. Garnish with lime.

    Mint cucumber vodka cocktail

    • lime, quartered
    • 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves
    • 1 tablespoon white sugar
    • 2 slices cucumber
    • 6 cubes ice, or as needed
    • 2 ounces vodka
    • 4 fluid ounces club soda

    Squeeze the lime quarters into a highball glass, and drop the limes into the glass. Add the mint leaves and sugar. Muddle well with the back of a spoon or with a muddler. Place the cucumber slices into the glass, and fill with ice cubes. Pour in the vodka, then top off with club soda. Stir gently and serve.
